How to get Healthy skin and hair

Everyone of us wants to have glowing skin, shiny hair and good health but because of our fast life and eating habit does not give us these things. but if we take out few minutes from our busy schedule we can easily achieve a healthy life style and if we are healthy from in side it will automatically reflect out side.
There are many thing we can do to achieve good health like regular exercise, drinking lots of water, sleeping well and eating healthy food like leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts like almonds. Yes almonds are the most nourishing nuts,  it  has a high amount of nutrition s in it. They are rich in fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acid, omega-6 fatty acid, vitamin E, potassium, zinc, calcium, magnesium and so on. We can eat dry almonds also but its good if we soak it overnight and then have them. It eliminates the toxic materials present in it and releases Phytic acid so that we can get the most out of the nuts. Lets see how we can get most out of this nut:

For good health:

Take 5-6 almonds in a bowl and soak it for overnight, next day in morning peel it and have it in your breakfast. Having almonds in morning is good because it makes the digestion smoother and faster. It can be taken during pregnancy also because it has folic acid which it a must during pregnancy. It provides ultimate nourishment and energy to both the would-be-mother as well as the fetus and make the delivery trouble free, I had soaked almonds during my pregnancy, it gave me lots of energy and I had normal delivery also. It also reduces cholesterol level to a great extent, controls blood sugar level and helps in constipation.

For skin:

Take 5-6 soaked almonds. Peel it and grind it. Add 1 tea spoon of milk in it and apply this paste on your face and neck, let it for 5 min. After that gently scrub it and wash it off with water. Do it everyday and you can get a glowing, smooth and moisturized skin.

For hair:

Take 5-6 soaked almonds and peel it. Make a paste and add 5-6 drops of olive oil in it and apply this paste on your hair( mainly on your roots). Leave it for 20-30 min and rinse it with Luke warm water. This will nourish your hair and make it stronger. It also repairs severe hair damage, reduces frequent hair fall and helps in the growth of new hair follicles.
