Hello everyone!!! when i go to market these days i see that shops are flooded with watermelons….everywhere i see watermelons. So i bought one but it was lying in my fridge for 3 days because i am very lazy in eating fruits. I wanted to finish it fast so i decided to make juice out of it which is easy to make n easy to have also 😛
As we know that watermelon has 70% water hence its a very good to keep your body hydrated, which is good for your skin. It helps in weight control because its rich in vitamins and minerals but less in calories, it is anti inflammatory and it has many more benefits.
Lets see how to make watermelon juice.
- Watermelon Medium size
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Black salt 1tsp
- Take watermelon, peel it n cut into pieces.
- Put watermelon pieces into blender n blend it till it becomes like juice ( no need to separate seeds).
- Now add sugar and black salt n blend it for a min.
- Sieve it and serve……yummy watermelon juice is ready 🙂
